RETURNS OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE
If you wish to return something that you have purchased on our website by delivering it to our store, follow these steps:
- Notify Uzturre by completing the form on our website, specifying the order no.
- Within a few hours you will receive permission to return that item.
- When you have received the approval for the return (and no sooner), send the products that you want to return, in their original packaging if possible or suitably packaged, to: CONFECCIONES UZTURRE S.L. / POL IND IBAI-ONDO, 9/ 20271 Irura (Gipuzkoa)
- The return shipping costs are ALWAYS paid by the customer, regardless of the purchase price. UNLESS the product has a defect. In this case, it is essential to attach on the form 2 photos of the defect that the product has and also wait for our consent to make the return.
- Uzturre will not accept any return of which it has not received prior notice, on which the order no. is not specified and/or which are sent freight collect.
- The item(s) will be returned directly to Uzturre. The item(s) must never be returned to the shop where the product was collected.
The product must be in its original condition, with its packaging and labels. The product will not be exchanged or refunded if it has been used or washed.
THE DEADLINE TO RETURN A GARMENT PURCHASED ON THE UZTURRE ONLINE WEB IS 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
When we receive the product, we will examine it to see if the product has been returned in its original condition. When the return has been approved, you will be paid within 30 days of the product being received.
For all returns, Confecciones Uzturre s.l. reserves the right not to refund the cost of the goods if the return terms and conditions set out here have not been met or if the product received is not deemed to be the product that was shipped from our warehouse or to be in the same condition in which it was shipped.
